Tarek E. Fadel, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Tarek Fadel has a successful track record in founding and managing enterprise software and technology companies. His experience spans executive management, product and strategy development, services and business development. Fadel is the founder of Fadel Partners, a leading systems integration firm focused on enterprise systems implementations and the parent company of Orphelis Technologies. Fadel has worked with many Media and Publishing firms over the last seven years and identified the need for an enterprise class system focused on enhancing licensing and royalty management and payout processes. Prior to that, Fadel was a Director of Product Management at Oracle Corporation and was responsible for several Oracle CRM product releases. Fadel also played a role of Practice Director at Oracle Corporation where he was directly responsible for the success of several large client ERP implementations. Prior to Oracle, Fadel worked at Cambridge Technology Group and played a major role in deploying its enterprise application server products to the market.

Fadel holds a technology patent for his work on Method and Apparatus for e-Commerce Integration Architecture and Process. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science from the City University of New York and an MBA from Columbia University.





Khaled Barazi, Chief Financial Officer

Khaled Barazi leads financial, legal, accounting and human resources activities at Orphelis Technologies. Prior to joining the firm, he was an independent consultant to mid-sized companies in the areas of financial analysis and valuation. Barazi has held a number of positions throughout his career. He was a business consulting training manager at LEK Consulting in Boston, Principal Financial Analyst at the MathWorks, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at NEON Communications, and an Application Engineer and Product Manager at Checon Corporation. Barazi also co-founded CellExchange and served as its Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Barazi is an adjunct professor at Boston University, teaching graduate Finance courses in the areas of financial management, managerial accounting, valuation and multinational finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Boston University.





David Feuerstein, Senior Vice President of Services

David Feuerstein is responsible for the Orphelis Technologies' solution delivery process and customer experience. He is in charge of the company's management initiatives, including continuous process improvement through the use of innovative methodologies, channel partner enablement, and regular customer experience. In his role as a key account executive he has solutioned and overseen the delivery of multiple enterprise Rights, Royalty, and Participations engagements. As a Consultancy Services Manager at Chordiant Software, Feuerstein managed key client relationships and SOA implementations in the Fortune 10 Financial Services and Telecom verticals. He spent six years at Oracle, where he led enterprise integration and ERP technology teams. Prior to Oracle, he spent seventeen years at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he held various leadership positions in consulting, sales and engineering. Feuerstein attended the University of Massachusetts College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He is the recipient of multiple awards and is co-author of a U.S. patent for methods and apparatus for implementing internet storefronts to provide integrated functions.





Mounir Rahmeh, Managing Partner - EMEA

Mounir Rahmeh is in charge of product development and operations for the Orphelis Technologies' IPM Suite of products. His responsibilities include offshore operations management, product development, quality assurance, release management and product support. Rahmeh has successfully overseen and managed several IPM product releases and has increased customer satisfaction by implementing rigorous quality assurance processes and enhanced support procedures. Rahmeh has over fifteen years experience in the enterprise software space. He was the Managing Director of Soft Solutions, a leading provider of merchandising decision-support software for retailers with over 80,000 users in production. Prior to that, he was a professor at Notre Dame University, where he taught computer graphics and 3D animation. Rahmeh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Notre Dame University.





Gregg Guest, Vice President of Product Marketing

Gregg Guest is responsible for driving Fadel Partners' Intellectual Property Management (IPM) Suite product road map and marketing, in addition to growing the firm's intellectual property practices. Gregg has over fifteen years of experience in software development and technology consulting, including the management of a custom development team at Braveline Technology. Gregg also possesses a broad understanding of intellectual property and licensing. He previously worked at Debevoise & Plimpton, a corporate law firm renowned for its Media and IP practice, and Marvel Entertainment, one of the leaders in character licensing and merchandising.

Gregg received a BFA from New York University in Film/TV & Communications, and has won numerous awards for film making and screenwriting.
