We follow Oracle's proven Application Implementation Methodology (AIM), which has been adopted worldwide:

- Allows approach to be tailored to reflect the project requirements

- Applies a collaborative team approach to implementations
By bundling our services with available software tools, we use project portals, accessible by our consultants and clients.
This allows our teams to:
- Create project plans and documentation and make them accessible to our clients on-line
- Use defect management and issue management products to manage and track open implementation issues, defects and enhancements
- Use document management to store, version and track all project collateral and documentation
