Technical Support

Orphelis works with clients to identify a strategy that will allow them to transition development and support from an internal team to a partially or completely external support team. Orphelis' three-stage transition plan calls for a great deal of knowledge transfer between the client and Orphelis and involves gathering client-specific business and systems knowledge. Based on the client's needs, Orphelis sets up an appropriate SLA (Service Level Agreement) plan. We then measures our performance against the SLA while continually improving the service to provide the highest ROI to the client.
